Marilyn E. Porter is The Chief Change Agent, a spirit-led life coach and faith-based mindset mentor, with a very specific assignment – BE THE CHANGE – and then lead others to the waters of change. With years of experience guiding women toward clarity and calling, Marilyn offers a soul-centered approach that blends mentorship, healing, and prophetic insight – to insight change . Her work spans from the pulpit to the marketplace, to the walls of corporate America. She is always anchored in divine purpose and unwavering authenticity doused in faith that has weathered many storms.
She is well educated in the concepts and theories of Change and Innovation, however her expertise is borne from an inner nature to make a positive difference in every room she enters. Marilyn once told by a notable colleague, “YOU are a Firestarter!” Fire is a change agent indeed! A conversation with any one of her 3 adult daughters would likely render the same sentiment – she is indeed a moving force of nature!
Marilyn is currently in the process of earning her PhD in Organizational Leadership and currently holds a master’s in management and leadership. Change and Innovation is her lane and she dominates it with boldness and humility. When asked why change management as primary focus, she simply replies, “I knew I was the Chief Change Agent” when I changed ME!”
